Mark Izrael - Head Chef
Mark is coming from Hungry. He is working as a Chef for more than 18 years. After he finished his studies in Switzerland moved to Italy and gained experience in kitchens all over the country. In the past 4 years he was a Head Chef in a famous restaurant in Verona.
Yuki Lo - Pastry Chef
Yuki is coming from Hong Kong. She started working in pastry 7 years ago and worked in 4 star hotels around Italy. She also participated in several cooking competition with her pasta and dessert dishes.
Ana Maria Dumitru - Restaurant Manager
Maria is coming from Romania. She worked in several restaurants in Bucharest as a restaurant manager for 6 years. She came to Darwin, Australia with the intention to offer a great experience in Trattoria da Ettore.
Yinnee Nguyen - Pizzas
Yinnee is coming from Vietnam. She started her career in Italy and learned the art of making traditional Italian pizzas than she moved to New York where she worked for 8 years. You can take a look of her amazing skills in the Pizza Kitchen in the dining area!
